Orders are processed in the order they are received. All orders are shipped from our location in Brooklyn, NY via USPS. Viajerxandco ships to U.S. 48 continental states & Puerto Rico, we follow the standard methods available by USPS. We do not offer international shipping at this time. 

DELAYS: Due to COVID-19, USPS is taking longer than usual to process and ship orders. Please expect an email with details and allow an additional 5-7 days on top of the current shipping timeline.

ORDER PROCESSING: Most items can take 24-48hrs for your orders to be processed, before we send out the shipment. We do not ship packages on weekends and holidays. Please be informed if you made a purchase on a Friday, your order will not be mailed out until the following week.

For PayPal users who use their checking/saving accounts to remit payment, please be aware that it can take 7-10 days for funds to clear on our end, once the pavement is cleared it can take 24-48 hrs for order processing to begin.

US SHIPPING: Viajerxandco offers Free USPS Standard shipping when the subtotal in your shopping bag is greater than or equal to $75.00, excluding tax and any other offers or price adjustments. This is valid in 48 contiguous U.S. states and Puerto Rico.

INTERNATIONAL SHIPPING: We currently do not offer worldwide shipping. We are working diligently to open international shipping soon.

TRACKING NUMBER INFO: Please allow at least 48 hours for tracking number updates. 

STOLEN / LOST PACKAGES: We are not responsible for any stolen or lost packages. For these issues please contact USPS directly at 1-800-ASK-USPS.

EXCHANGE & RETURN POLICY: We do not offer returns or refunds. If any of our products have wear and tear you may contact us for an exchange 3 days from delivery date.

Our team is a one woman show! The founder reviews all orders for shipping, responds to emails and ensures on time delivery. Below are our hours of operations and the services you can use to contact us. Our shop is an online shop, we respond to inquiries via email or through our contact form in viajerxand.co we will respond to your concerns within 4-5 days of your online submission. As our business grows we hope we can provide more accommodations to our operational hours and employment opportunities for our Viajerx community.
